TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED?
Tracking information may take some time to appear after your order has been shipped.
Carrier scans can also occasionally be delayed during weekends, holidays, severe weather, or periods of high shipping volume.
ORDER SHOWS AS DELIVERED
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package, please check:
- Around your home or delivery location
- With family members or household members
- With neighbors
- With your building reception or mailroom
- Any safe delivery locations used by the carrier
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier first and then contact MAVYNO.
